Why should we hire YOU as our wedding photographer?
Why should I be your wedding photographer? Because I will take care of you like family. Come as you are. There are no expectations here. I'll help you craft a timeline that allows your day to be your day, just how you want it. We secure the simple timeline, then we go with the flow. I believe a photographer must be able to stay on schedule and work well with a variety of personalities and situations.
I'll be a problem solver, a helper, and a family wrangler. I'm your advocate. And I will capture beautiful images along the way.
If it rains, if it snows, if it gets dark early, if hair and makeup run late, rain or shine, whatever may come up on your big day - I've got you. And your images will be amazing.
My job is to take great pictures for you, yes, but also to help remove stress and make things as easy as possible for you, so you can enjoy it completely.

What's the process look like?
Booking a client usually begins with contacting me through email or the contact form on my website.
There's correspondence and often we'll have a phone meeting or a video meeting.
I'll ask questions to help gather more insight. If you love our meeting, and want to book, we get you booked!
We prepare your booking documents and send them via email.
There's a helpful wedding photo guide to be reviewed with tips and next steps. Between booking and your wedding day, we may talk, meet up, shoot an engagement session, and will probably email a few times preparing your timeline and family formal list.
I'll be in action on your wedding for around six to eight hours depending on your day.
After the wedding, we may talk more as we prepare your gallery. The images will be hand edited and processed one by one. Around 12 weeks post-wedding, you'll receive an email that your online gallery of images is ready. If you'd like a photo album, you'll receive your album first draft soon after. From there, we'll correspond until your album is ready.
How exactly do we book you?
A 20% retainer with a signed contract is required to book your date. The remainder is due by the wedding date.
Please know that dates are not held without signed contracts and paid retainers.
Do you have resources to help me with my wedding day timeline?
Yes! A timeline is important to have. This helps you be able to relax and have the most fun on your day.
--How long does it take for makeup and hair? How much time does it take to get dressed? How long does the first look take? How long should I set aside for family formals? There's so much to get locked in. Once we have it all down, you will be on track to have the best day. Your timeline should be finalized about a month before your wedding, after you've talked to any other vendors and what time they'll need. I'm here to help, assist, and guide you - as I've photographed wedding for years and have seen a lot. And of course, whatever runs off track is nothing to worry about. I'm here to help, make beautiful portraits, capture editorial natural images, and document your day just as it unfolds.
